Lisa Ham Kang, Organ – A Tribute to Dhira Mahoney

The program will feature works by J.S. Bach, Josef Rheinberger, Olivier Messiaen, and Pamela Decker.

Lisa Ham Kang completed her master’s degree in organ performance at UA as the first recipient of the Mildred Flood Mahoney Memorial Scholarship for graduate-level organ study.

She then completed a DMA in organ performance at the University of Washington, Seattle, under the guidance of Dr. Carole Terry.

She has been a winner of many competition prizes, academic scholarships and other honors, and has maintained a career as a recitalist and teacher.


There will be a reception in honor of Dhira Mahoney following the organ concert.
