Free Organ Music

Janet Tolman and Fern Hieb have created a list of organ music donated to the chapter by the Rev. Dr. John L. Hooker, former member and former Director of Music, as well as priest, at St. Philip’s In the Hills Episcopal Church. The music is free for the taking—first come, first served—and can be accessed at Christ Church United Methodist, 655 N. Craycroft Road. Please let Janet know when you plan to visit so that she can tell the church office to expect you: tolman@wvcnet.com or 888-3173 (home phone) or 235-2642 (leave text or voice message). When you arrive at the church, you will need to check in at the office to gain access to Room M16, where the music is located (first file cabinet, top 3 drawers).

The music will be reserved for chapter members until January 1, 2018, after which it will be made available to other interested individuals.

The list of remaining music can be found by clicking the link below. It is also available in print form on top of the file cabinet. Please indicate on the printed list which titles you are taking. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday–Thursday, and 9 a.m. to noon on Friday.
