Dr. Ilona Kubiaczyk-Adler
Director of Ministries in Music and Arts/Organist

Ilona Kubiaczyk-Adler (ee-LOH-nuh koo-BYAH-chik AD-ler) joined Pinnacle as Associate Director of Ministries in Music and Arts/Organist in January 2019. In January 2022 she was named Director of Ministries in Music and Arts.

A native of Poland, Ilona has been in the Valley for the past ten years. In addition to being a concertizing organist, Ilona was the Director of Music Ministries at the Episcopal Church of the Nativity, and most recently the Associate Director of Music at All Saints’ Episcopal Church.

She holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from Arizona State University where she was a summa cum laude graduate and student of Dr. Kimberly Marshall. She received her Master of Music degree from Conservatorium van Amsterdam in the Netherlands; there she studied with Jacques van Oortmerssen on historical pipe organs which have inspired Ralph Richards and Bruce Fowkes’ masterful organ building.

Ilona has given concerts in Europe and both Americas as a soloist, chamber musician, and in duo with her husband, composer, and performer, Jacob Adler. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, hiking, and biking, especially with Jacob and their two sons: Leo and Julian.
