St. Alban’s Concert Series Presents: An Afternoon With Ji Sun Lee, Organ & Michael Lich, Guitar
Sunday, Apr. 26, 3 p.m.
St. Alban’s Episcopal Church
3738 N Old Sabino Canyon Rd.
Free Will Offering
The concert features Dr. Ji Sun Lee, St. Alban's new music director, and her husband, Michael Lich, classical guitarist. The Lee/Lich duo has performed in S. Korea, Germany, and extensively in the US. The program includes the premiere duo performance of Kip Winger's work, “Windrunner,” originally for guitar and orchestra. The performance also includes solo and duo works by Vivaldi, Bach, Schubert and more.

Dr. Harris presents a workshop on using ForScore, the sheet music digital app designed exclusively for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and visionOS. The app's clean interface gives you quick access to the tools you need, then fades away so you can focus on your music. Musicians can use the app to digitally organize their music libraries; turn pages via screen taps, custom gestures, or hands-free with a Bluetooth pedal. This amazingly powerful app allows one to annotate, create setlists, rearrange pages, add bookmarks, play along to an audio track, and more with an abundance of tools to help you turn practice into performance.
This all sounds complicated; however, Dr. Harris breaks the app down into understandable parts in her presentation with demonstrations of how the app works. More and more musicians are using tablets these days rather than carrying around suitcases filled with scores and lead sheets; therefore, this is a presentation YOU WILL NOT WANT TO MISS!!
